Hello we are hoping to have a charity toddle in rouken glen in july. Is there anyone that i should send a letter to about this event. I have applied for a licence to collect money. Though i wasnt sure if we had to declare our event to rouken glen.

Hello, Found your site because I have a postcard that my grandfather sent in 1913 after visiting the park, it is a view of the waterfall in winter. Is the waterfall still flowing? Regards, Martin

Hi,
i was interested to hear that Rouken Glen may be getting funding from the Big Lottery to restore and develop the park. Does this development include the walled garden and if so is there a plan to use it as a community food growing space? Please email back if you have any info on this. All the best, Anna.

In my grandfathers old scrap book I have a cutting from the Glasgow Eve Citizen Tues Sept 22nd 1903 heralding the opening of the New Park complete with map & notated copper plate hand. Any interest in having a copy?

I saw the free dog poop biobags at the park today and wonder if they are available for purchase (say 500/1000 bags) from the park or East Renfrewshire Council. These bags are quite strong and the supplier only sells them to retailers and wholesalers. The ones listed on the site are out of stock.

Hi there! I live on one of the streets adjacent to the site and it really is a lovely place. I was just wondering if the gay community are now accepted into the park? Because last time i was present in a pink shirt and sunglasses during the summer, and the parkkeeper chased me off with a rake! Most embarrassing!
