Looking across the pond to the Boat House This man made pond whose islands were built like a wall from large stones was opened in 1924. It is clear that a tremendous amount of work was put into its construction. Across the pond towards Whitecraigs Railway Station
Looking across the pond with the islands clearly visible The pond remains a great attraction to young and old alike. The pedal boats remain popular with children allowing them to see the swans and cygnets nesting on the islands. Visitors relax in the summer sun
